Daniel has owned a number of successful businesses and is responsible for Globagroups progressive business development and managing the international group and the team as a whole.

Deirdre LaBassiere, Attorney-at-Law (New York), LL.M, LL.B (Hons) currently is the Principal Legal Consultant to Mayflower Solicitors LLP. Deirdre has extensive experience in Company/ Commercial Law, Third Sector Law, Private Client, Regulatory Law, Public Law and Immigration Law. Deirdre also provides surgeries to the UK Citizens Advice Bureau and also provides secretarial and corporate governance support to the Creative Community Coalition (C3). She is also Co-Chief Executive of the Newfoundland Trust Co. Ltd.

He was appointed Parliamentary Private Secretary to Rt. Hon Neil Kinnock when he became Leader of the Labour Party in 1983. He was elected Opposition Chief Whip in 1985 and was continuously re-elected for 10 years. In 1995 he was appointed Shadow Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster; in 1997 he was appointed Minister of State in the Cabinet Office. He was appointed to the Privy Counsel in 1993. He was appointed Deputy Lord Lieutenant of the County of Durham in 2001 and to the House of Lords in June 2005.

Nigel was Deputy Leader of the House of Commons until 2007, and before that has held a number of important government positions, including Minister for Construction, Minister for Competition and Consumer Affairs, Minister for Coal Health Compensation, Minister for Small Businesses and Minister for Enterprise. Nigel retired from office in 2010 to pursue other interests.

Ken Legler is the Republican who will best represent House District 144 in the Texas Legislature. He is a Pasadena native and a conservative who shares our pro-life, pro-family, pro-business political philosophy. Ken was first elected to the Texas Legislature in 2008. Currently, he serves on both the Environmental Regulation and the Human Services Committee. Ken was part of the Bush Strike Force team that went to Pennsylvania. He is also a board member of the Texas Association of Business and the National Federation of Independent Business.

Shawn is now currently back in the USA after working for a large multinational corporation in central Europe, shawn spent a number of years working in the international property development and management market sector and is currently seconded to a number of large corporations throughout the USA dealing with corporate restructuring strategies and strategic growth development initiatives.

Douglas spent 4 years at the Scottish Office in the Government Legal Services Department. He spent a number of years running a consultancy business, working for clients such as BT, Transco, Environmental Agency, and Hewlett Packard. He returned management in 1998, working for the Welsh Development Agency. Douglas has spent the last 8 years at Birmingham City Council, the largest single local authority in Europe, where he holds the post of Business Development Manager.

Grenville Burn is a Freeman of the City of London and has almost thirty years service with The Salvation Army, culminating with responsibility for all PR and fundraising in the United Kingdom and Ireland. As former Chairman of the EAGB, Grenville also created the ‘Mikado Experience’, a networking programme that engenders millions of pounds income to participating companies every year. In addition to other calls upon his time, he is also a Special Advisor to The Rt. Hon. The Lord Foster of Bishop Auckland.

Maurice worked with Fortnum and Mason to achieve an up-market gift house. He worked with Apple computers and PC World and developed the POS strategy that allowed Apple to increase its sales in its PC World Retail outlets by 400%. Maurice studied the emerging markets and the Tiger economy and created a business in Thailand providing the services from the UK into Thailand. He fully understands the culture and financial climate and runs Best for Business Thailand.

Keith Hatchick was formerly a partner at a large West End Legal firm, after having worked for some years with Nabarro Nathanson. He handles a broad range of corporate commercial ventures from small business start ups, joint ventures and partnerships, to mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance and Stock Exchange work (particularly secondary markets). Keith has contributed to a number of journals and books and given seminars.
