Globagroup International Plc mainly provide platforms and services covering 9 main market areas, each area is a business platform or service in its own right and we have different Associates for different areas in a number of countries providing services under license from Globagroup International Plc.
The above diagram shows the layout of the group from the point of Globagroup International Plc and is a representation of how the different platforms are operated by the group.
Our International business Associates are businesses who have chosen one of our platforms and operate it under license from Globagroup International Plc in that given country. A different Associate may well be operating one of our other area platforms in that same country, if a business wishes to take more than a single area for a country then they need to provide a plan showing how they plan to operate these areas and show they have the resources to do so.
